My career spans delivering enterprise technology solutions across various industries such as Travel & Hospitality, E-Commerce, Education, Manufacturing, and Telecommunication. I have specialized knowledge in designing and developing secure solutions utilizing technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, React, SOA/Web Services, APIs, API Management, Microservices, and Hyperledger Blockchain. Additionally, I have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Openshift, Aliyun, Detasad, and Bluvault. My background includes working on middleware technology, building technology products, and implementing client solutions. I have led Architecture Centers of Excellence in various organizations, contributing significantly to API development and the transition to microservices architecture.

In addition to my extensive corporate experience, I have also ventured into the startup world. I have successfully co-founded and led technology initiatives in startups, driving innovation and growth. My startup experience has further honed my skills in agile development, product management, and strategic planning, allowing me to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

In 2015, co-founded an edutainment product company, developed a pilot product to enhance LSRW skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing) skills for K12 students. Our focus of the pilot was to help enhance skills of students in a play-oriented way, the key focus of the product was stories, we believe stories are a great means of educating value skills to our kids. Our pilot is a start, with funding and support this can bring a positive change.

In 2019, I founded another startup www.weeroda.com focusing on RPA and automation. Our key initiatives include:

1. RPA Consulting & Development: We specialize in building RPA solutions for companies using both open-source and commercial RPA platforms.
2. Building the Terata Platform: A new approach for SMEs to effectively manage day-to-day operations, leveraging RPA at the backend.

Why SMEs? Many SMEs lack an understanding and appreciation of the potential benefits of digitalization. Digital transformation brings about new business models that allow rapid scaling, often with limited staff, tangible assets, or a local footprint. Our aim is to bridge this gap and enable SMEs to harness the power of digital transformation effectively.
